Kimberly Sieper

Kimberly Sieper, MS, MBA, LCMHC, MLADC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and the Owner of Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC. In addition to her a varied business and counseling background, she is also trained as a Level III Shamballa Reiki Master, a Shamanic Practitioner, Certified Crystal Healer, Level 3 I.E.T Practitioner, Level II Melchizedek Method Practitioner, Certified in Auricular Acupuncture, Certified in Nutrition and Integrated Mental Health, EFT Acupressure Tapping, and was trained by Dr. Brian Weiss, MD, the world-renowned expert in Past Life Regression Therapy.

Kimberly comes from a background in business and marketing and has also worked in a community mental health agency before starting her own practice. She considers herself a psycho-spiritual counselor as her philosophy is to blend evidenced based practices along with a holistic approach integrating mind, body and spirit into treatment. Her mission as a therapist and healer is to assist her clients to regain “balance” during life’s challenges by sorting through struggles from the past and gaining new perspectives to create a better future.

Kimberly works with individuals experiencing many diverse mental health problems including addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship problems, divorce, stress and bipolar as well as many other issues. She utilizes mindfulness, emotion regulation, identifying thinking and behavior patterns, and symptom relief using Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Transpersonal Psychology, Emotion Freedom Technique, Energy & Crystal Healing, EMDR, Hypnosis, and Regression Therapy.
